Shipping for Australia wide is a flat rate of $10. We ship via Express Australia Post. If you are local and have selected FREE LOCAL DROP OFF (Sapphire Beach, Moonee Beach, Emerald Beach, Korora) then your package will usually be delivered within the next couple of days, depending on stock.
Due to the nature of the products (the creams) they may melt during transit. If this happens, simply place flat and refrigerate for 30 minutes and it will solidify. Once you receive your products, please keep in a dark cool place, out of direct sunlight below 30 degrees.
If there is something faulty with your product when you receive it i.e. broken in any away, please take a photo and email it through within 2 days and a new product will be sent to you. Each batch of the M&S range varies in colour, scent and texture due to the natural ingredients varying from batch to batch. This is not considered to be a fault.
