The Natural Facialist is a small business and I offer limited appointments. I completely understand that things arise. I ask that you please give me enough notice if possible so that I can offer someone else your appointment.
I will send you a confirmation text 24 hours before your appointment. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment. Payment for your appointment is not required up front, but if your cancellation is made after 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The amount will need to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
