The Natural Facialist is a small business and I offer limited appointments. I completely understand that things arise. If you need to cancel I ask that you please give me enough notice so that I can offer someone else your appointment.
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. I will also send you a direct text message the day before your appointment. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel your appointment. Cancellation outside of the set 24 hours will incur the loss of your deposit. No shows will incur the full amount of your booked appointment.
