The Natural Facialist is a small business and I offer limited appointments. I completely understand that things arise. If you need to cancel I ask that you please give me enough notice so that I can offer someone else your appointment.
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. I will also send you a direct text message the day before your appointment. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel your appointment. Cancellation outside of the set 24 hours will incur 50% of the total amount for the appointment. No shows will incur the full amount of your booked appointment.
